This bay filly is a beautiful blend of her sire, Lover Boy and her dam, Star. She has long, beautiful straight legs with clean bones. Her confirmation is correct wih a flat shoulder and long hip. Firlo (as we call her) has her dam's elegant face and her sire's eyes.

This girl has fantastic movement. She is balanced and beautiful. Her trot will take your breath away!! She moves from her shoulder and brings her knees and hocks up. She has her sire's action with her dam's power. What a combination!!

She is fun to work with, learns quickly and is quick to forgive. She is easy to catch and handle. Firlo is bold and curious and is the first one to 'check out' something new.

The fall of 2006, we took her to the Alberta Morgan Horse Show where she did very well. The spring of 2009 we stared Firlo under saddle. She looks like she would be well suited for park saddle. Hmm, I might have to buy a new saddle... and learn how to ride in it!
